    * Most uses fall into Category 1 or 2 described below. Three main categories of organizations and events:1. Churches, synagogues, and other places of worshipTo discuss the use of Iryna Aleksiychuk's music, please contact the composer directly.
    2. Small to medium-sized non-profit organizationsChoirs, churches, educational institutions, and similar non-profit organizations that do not monetize their video content may operate on a “pay what you can” or “pay what you feel is fair” basis. The suggested contribution range is approximately 30–140 EUR, depending on circumstances. If no budget is currently available, a zero-fee license may be appropriate and is fully acceptable.
When determining an appropriate fee, organizations may consider:* the overall size of their budget compared to similar non-profits,* the estimated audience reach of the video,* customary fees paid to musicians and artists.
This license does not expire, and videos may remain online on platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, or similar services for an unlimited period.Instructions for payment or invoicing are available in the corresponding section of the website.
    3. Commercial entities, large non-profit organizations, and major eventsCommercial organizations, large-scale non-profits, and significant live or digital events (including conferences and seminars) must contact the composer to agree on appropriate licensing terms and fees.
In such cases, a Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) clause is typically requested. This clause ensures equitable treatment among all parties involved and means that no other composer or publisher participating in the same project receives a higher licensing fee for comparable musical contributions.Where necessary, reasonable discretion may be applied, taking into account differences in duration, scope, or prominence of individual works.
